Production, Shipping & Delivery
Most items on the store are custom-decorated after you place your order. Production time is generally 5-10 business days. We may utilize one of many shipping services to ship your order. In general, shipping transit time is 2-6 business days. If you have an urgent need, please feel free to contact our customer service department to see if there is any availability for rush service. We can't always guarantee it, but we can always try.
Privacy & Security
We take your security and privacy VERY seriously. We do not (and never will) share your personal data with anyone, except for those who may need it to fill your orders (i.e. a vendor needing your address to ship you some products) In addition, we use the highest internet security to ensure a safe web transaction.
Returns & Replacements
In general, we do not accept returns for logoed or personalized items, stethoscopes or shoes, except in the case of an error or manufacturer's defect. Please see our official return policy HERE for more information.
