Return Policy
Each clothing item on the store has a size chart to assist in determining your correct size. Please click the Size Chart link on each product to view that product's specific size chart. If you have further questions about sizing before ordering, please email us at support@mybluepearlstore.com. and we will be happy to assist!
- • Apparel items may be returned for manufacturers defect within 90 days of receipt for a full credit.
- • Items may not be returned for fit or color reasons. (See size chart for help with ordering your correct size)
- • Personalized items may not be returned or exchanged.
- • All accepted returns will be credited back to the original payment method.
- • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of order.
- • Returns or exchanges must be unwashed and unworn, and must be free of foreign matter and odors.
- • Web store credit will not be issued until goods are returned and inspected.
- • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the order was incorrect of due to manufacturers defect.
- • Due to health regulations, stethoscopes may not be returned except for manufactures defect.
- • Shoes can be returned for manufacturers defect within 30 days of receipt. Shoes returned for incorrect size or fit may only be returned within 15 days of receipt, and only if unworn and in original packaging. We suggest you fit trial shoes on a soft carpet so the shoes remain clean and unsoiled. Sorry, but we cannot exchange or credit worn or soiled shoes.
